Today was more challenging for me as I had an event at work. I literally took one tablespoon of almost everything and I tracked everything as best I could.
It was not what I ate at lunch that day that was so challenging, it was the “nibbling” after lunch. There were tortilla chips and salsa which I had avoided at lunch but the “salty” called to me but I again tried to track everything so yes I went over my daily points but tried to make up for it by drinking extra water.
Tomorrow is another day of Freestyle!
